RIP Society of the Day: I can’t decide who I dislike more: The “who is Paul McCartney” kids or the “I would let Chris Brown beat me” girls.
I say we toss them all into a monster truck arena and let Bigfoot sort them out.

Society’s knowledge on what was worth listening to vs. what is supposedly called music today is just sad. The kids not knowing who Paul McCartney is along with the girls preferring to get beat up by Chris Brown shows a terrible representation of how poorly educated this upcoming generation will be on what great music was once considered to be. It’s disheartening to see that the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s generation are getting much older and the newer generations are rapidly growing further and further away from the days where music had true substance. It would be a crime to have songs like Rack City and Stupid Ho back then.. But as I can tell, mindless rubbish lyrics & some good beat that they think is easy to bob their heads to is much more worth listening to now isn’t it? Society, what happened? Go back to acknowledging music with real lyrics & passion.. Not the ones that have nothing real to say but can pass off as the hottest track because it talks about sex, drugs, and alcohol that today’s kids aren’t even old enough to know about yet..
Not ready for to face the generation that will be asking:
Who was Whitney Houston? Michael Jackson? The Beatles?
